Friendly, efficient staff, but the drop-off point is far too far from the terminal - it's a 10-minute walk with your suitcases - and it's not sufficiently indicated on their website. So it was a complete surprise when you arrived.

Very good parking service. The shuttles are very responsive and waiting times are short. I used to park at P4 and beep valet is cheaper and quicker (and friendlier...).

On the positive side, the punctuality of the return transfers was remarkable. On the downside, I collected my vehicle at night and in the rain, without thinking for a moment about going round it. During a one-off break, I noticed that the left front indicator light (plastic) had disappeared. This was clearly not a case of breakage but a deliberate act of malice, with no residual debris left. Of course, I was told that my car had not been checked by both parties when it was delivered. Shame.

Very well received and accompanied by efficient staff. It's a shame that the shuttle bus can't drop us off directly in front of the terminal. In fact, the shuttle drops us off, and we have to go back up to all the car parks, car rentals, the minute car park and the bus and tram lines.
